100% final inspection over all production.
Chromium Thickness.
100% control using digital tools; an automatically generated report is available for each production batch.
Corrosion resistance (NSS / CASS test)
Randomly performed on a regular basis, in accordance with the relevant regulations.
Hardness of chromium layer (HV0.1)
Tests carried out at random to verify compliance with the required parameters.
Dedicated control protocols can be implemented at the request of the Customer/OEM company, with traceability and customized documentation for each supply.
