An advanced nickel plating process
NICHELCROMO is obtained through an advanced continuous electrolytic nickel plating process, which ensures a coating with uniform and controlled thickness along the entire surface of the bars and tubes.

The process ensures a high surface hardness of approximately 600 HV0.1, thanks to the optimization of deposition parameters, such as current density, bath temperature and chemical composition of the nickel plating solution.

Integration with Modercromo Chrome Plating
