An advanced nickel plating process

NICHELCROMO is obtained through an advanced continuous electrolytic nickel plating process, which ensures a coating with uniform and controlled thickness along the entire surface of the bars and tubes.

The process ensures a high surface hardness of approximately 600 HV0.1, thanks to the optimization of deposition parameters, such as current density, bath temperature and chemical composition of the nickel plating solution.

An innovation compared to traditional methods

This innovative technique represents a significant evolution compared to traditional nickel plating methods, the result of a long experimental process aimed at improving the mechanical characteristics and wear resistance of the coating.

Integration with Modercromo Chrome Plating

Subsequently, the nickel coating is integrated with a chrome plating process carried out using dedicated Moderchrome tanks, which ensures continuous and uniform coverage.
